Do I need to change my website?
No. With Connect, your site stays as it is and we add the Book button. With Complete website, we build a new one for you on your domain.
Who pays for hosting?
We do. Hosting is included in every plan, yearly or Pay as you go. You only renew your domain and pay your payment gateway's usual charges.
Where does the traveller's money go?
Directly into your bank account. During setup we connect online payments (UPI, cards and net banking) to your own account, so every payment reaches you without passing through us.
Do I pay every month, even in the off-season?
No monthly bills. On a yearly plan you pay once a year, chosen by how many bookings you take in a year. It covers hosting, support and updates for the whole year, quiet months included. On Pay as you go, you pay only for the bookings you confirm, and your first 10 cash, UPI QR or cheque bookings each month are free, so a quiet month costs little or nothing.
What counts as a booking?
One confirmed booking, whatever the group size. A couple is one booking, and a family of 30 is also one. On yearly plans, phone, walk-in and online bookings all count toward your limit. On Pay as you go, bookings paid online are ₹59 + GST each, and bookings paid by cash, your own UPI QR or cheque are free for the first 10 each month, then ₹29 + GST each. Enquiries and quotes never count.
What if I take more bookings than my plan?
You move up to the next plan and pay only the difference for the rest of the year. Your website never stops taking bookings.
Can I start without paying a yearly fee?
Yes. Choose Pay as you go: ₹59 + GST for each booking paid online, with no yearly fee, and a maximum of ₹44,999 + GST in a year. Bookings paid by cash, your own UPI QR or cheque are free for the first 10 each month, then ₹29 + GST each. The setup fee can be split into 3 monthly payments, and you can switch to a yearly plan whenever it saves you money.
Can I still take bookings on phone or walk-in?
Yes. Add them in the dashboard so everything stays in one place, with the same passenger lists, payments and reminders as online bookings.
I have 50+ packages. Will it get messy?
No. The overview shows what needs attention first, departures by week, and a searchable package list you can filter by group or private, region and month.
Can a private trip have a big group?
Yes. A private trip is one booking, whether it is a couple or a family of 30. Every traveller's name, form and ticket sits inside that one trip.
Do I have to take payments online?
No. If travellers pay you by UPI to your own QR code, in cash or by bank transfer, record it in the dashboard in a few seconds. Balances, receipts and reminders stay correct either way.
Whose payment gateway account is it?
Yours. You open a Razorpay account in your business name with your own KYC documents, and we connect it to your website and dashboard. Razorpay charges about 2% plus GST per online payment, with no setup or yearly fee.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices are plus 18% GST, and you receive a GST invoice for every payment you make to us.
Can my staff use it? Will they see my revenue?
Your account includes 2 team logins plus yours, and trip leader logins are free. Extra team members are ₹149 + GST per login per month, and anyone with a login counts as a team member except trip leaders. Only you see revenue, profit and the monthly report.
